Hayden made his first-class debut for the Leeward Islands during the 2011–12 edition of the Regional Four Day Competition (the premier domestic first-class cricket competition in the West Indies). In his third match in that competition, against Trinidad and Tobago, he recorded excellent figures of 4/47 which included the wickets of a couple of players who had already represented the West Indies in senior international cricket.
    2. In April 2019, he was a part of the United States squad that attained ODI status by finishing in the ‘Top 4’ of the 2019 ICC World Cricket League Division Two tournament that was held in Namibia.
    3. In November 2019, aided by his dual citizenship (Antiguan and American), he made his ODI debut for the West Indies. This made Hayden just the 14th male cricketer in history to have represented 2 international teams in the ODI format.
    4.
