In 2000, Kirsty made her first TV show appearance on the series They Think It’s All Over.

As per an interview in 2016, Kirsty revealed that she is a morning person and likes to work out only in the morning and for 3 times a week focusing mainly on resistance and weight workout. Her included a normal warm-up session after which she did a number of press-ups and squats. She tried to work on all of the muscle groups.

In 2018, she was being trained by the ex-rugby pro, Mel Deane. She has also claimed that she is now feeling more comfortable in her body in her 40s than she did in her 20s.

Kirsty studied at the London College of Fashion because she desired to be a fashion journalist.
She worked as a production assistant for 2 years at Sky Sports, starting in 1996.
She finally got her break as a news presenter in 1998.
Kirsty hosted the show, Kirsty’s Home Videos, on the Sky1 network from 2000 to 2004.
She was also one of the original presenters of RI:SE on Channel 4 and was also a part of Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night.
Kirsty became the winner of the 3rd series of Channel 4 show, The Games, in 2005. She was later made the presenter of the series.
She has also made guest appearances on the shows like They Think It’s All Over, A Question of Sport, and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.
In 2008, she was the presenter of Sky1 network’s Gladiator and returned to Sky Sports network in 2011 to present Sky Sports News.
In 2015, she appeared as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing but was eliminated in the 6th week.
